We provide customize therapeutic services to meet the individual, couple and/or family goal. We are a group of skilled, compassionate therapists that specializes in individual, couple, and family therapy. Challenges in life can leave you overwhelmed and discouraged. Our clinicians are certified in EMDR by EMDRIA and are trauma informed. We also draw on multiple theoretical orientations and techniques to allow a flexible and multifaceted approach to effectively address individual’s, couple’s, and family’s needs.

All sessions are offered online. Noted that online is not recommended for all presenting issues (i.e. suicidal thoughts/ideation, crisis, partner/family violence, severe mental illness), therefore, potential clients will be screened to ensure the appropriateness of therapeutic services offered.
